How to Convert Images to PDF Online

Turn PNG and JPG images into a single PDF in seconds. Upload up to ten images, set the page order by dragging, and download — no software needed.

Whether you're turning scanned pages into a document, packaging photos for a client, or assembling screenshots into a report — Riqa converts your images into a clean PDF without any software to install.

What you'll need

  • Up to 10 PNG or JPG images
  • A free Riqa account to download the result

How to convert images to PDF

  1. Go to riqa.app/imagetopdf
  2. Click Upload images or drag your files into the dropzone — you can add up to 10
  3. Drag the list to set the order — each image becomes one page in that sequence
  4. Click Convert to PDF
  5. Sign in or create a free account, then click Download PDF

Your images are packaged into a single PDF, one image per page, in the order you set.

A few things to know

PNG and JPG only. Other formats (HEIC, WebP, TIFF) need to be converted to PNG or JPG first.

Up to 10 images per conversion. For larger batches, convert in groups and use Merge PDFs to combine the results.

Order is everything. The list order is the page order — drag before you convert, not after.

When is this useful?

  • Scanned documents saved as individual image files
  • Photos that need to be shared or submitted as a single attachment
  • Screenshots assembled into a readable report or walkthrough
